Glow & Bloom is building a thoughtful team of weekend hosts who love working with children, value beautiful presentation and bring practical reliability to every mobile celebration.
A host, not a treatment provider
Glow & Bloom hosts create the rhythm of the entire celebration. They welcome the girls, guide the moments, manage the setup and help each birthday feel personal, warm and beautifully organised.
What hosts need
Applicants need relevant experience or confidence working with children, weekend availability, Blue Card readiness and a suitable vehicle with practical boot capacity for foldable tables, chairs, robes, products and event pieces.
A considered recruitment pathway
Applications are reviewed manually. Strong candidates are invited to a conversation, complete the Glow & Bloom Academy and receive a private portal invitation only after moving forward in the recruitment process.
Future locations
Glow & Bloom welcomes applications from Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Melbourne and other future locations. Any equipment, training and commercial setup for a new location is agreed in writing before events are scheduled.
